SBTI Personality Test: 30 regular questions, broken down into 15 dimensions, to reveal the you that aligns closest with your real behaviors
You will complete 30 regular questions in approximately 10 minutes. The system then combines the logic of 2 special questions, 15-dimensional scoring and the matching mechanism to provide the closest profile among the 27 personality results. It is suitable for people who want a more specific understanding of their performance in relationships, decision-making and social interactions.
2 questions per dimension, answered after the question order is shuffled

Raw scores of 2-6 are converted into three-level labels
How This Test Works
SBTI does not label you with vague temperament terms. Instead, it first breaks down your answers into 15 dimensions, then matches your personality vector using unified rules. Key methods are clearly stated on the homepage to avoid the situation where you 'can't understand the results after completing the test'.
Question Structure
The test includes 30 regular questions. `drink_gate_q1` will be inserted into the question order randomly; if you select that you drink alcohol, `drink_gate_q2` will be added as a follow-up, so the actual number of questions answered is usually 31 to 32.
Dimension Scoring
Each of the 15 dimensions corresponds to 2 regular questions. Each question option is scored 1 / 2 / 3 points, and the sum of the two questions gives the raw score for that dimension, ranging from 2 to 6.
Rating Conversion
A raw score of 2 or 3 is recorded as L, 4 as M, and 5 or 6 as H. This ultimately produces a 15-dimensional rating vector, which is easy to interpret and compare against the personality library.
Personality matching
The system calculates the Manhattan distance between your 15-dimensional vector and the regular personality patterns. The smaller the distance, the closer the match. If hidden logic is triggered or the similarity to all regular personalities is insufficient, a special result is triggered.
The 5-step path from options to results
If you are more concerned about 'why did I get this result', this section can help you quickly understand how the result was derived step by step.
Step 1: Complete 30 regular questions, with the special drinking question triggered based on your responses.
Step 2: Aggregate the raw scores of the two questions for each dimension to obtain 15 scores ranging from 2 to 6.
Step 3: Map each raw score to L / M / H to form your 15-dimensional personality vector.
Step 4: Compare your vector with the patterns of the 25 regular personality types using Manhattan distance, and sort by the number of precise matches in case of ties.
Step 5: If hidden personality conditions are met, the special result is returned with priority. If the matching degree of all regular personalities is lower than 60%, HHHH is returned as the fallback result.
What you will see after completing the test
The results page does not only give a personality label. It first provides the personality code and introduction, then expands on the rating explanations for the 15 dimensions, turning 'does this sound like you' into reviewable behavioral descriptions.
For example, regular personalities such as CTRL, BOSS, LOVE-R, and two special results: DRUNK and HHHH.
Each dimension will display L / M / H, corresponding to real behavioral aspects such as self-esteem and confidence, attachment security, execution mode, etc.
If hidden logic is triggered, or if there is too large a difference from the standard personality library, the page will directly state that this is a special result, rather than pretending it is equivalent to a regular personality.
What the questions look like
SBTI questions are scenario-based. Many questions avoid academic terminology, and instead directly observe your real reactions in intimate relationships, regarding rule awareness, and in social boundary situations.
Your partner hasn't replied to your messages for over 5 hours, and says they had diarrhea. What do you think?
Exams are coming up but you made plans to play games with friends. The school requires mandatory attendance for evening study sessions. What do you do?
You have met many online friends through gaming. They invite you to meet up in person. What is your first reaction?
Five major models and fifteen dimensions
The 15 dimensions in the document are not decorative terms, but the core scoring units of the entire test. Together they form the behavioral vector of SBTI, and are the basis for interpreting your results on the results page.
Self Model
Focuses on how you understand yourself, define your values and maintain internal stability.
Emotion Model
Focuses on security, investment and spatial boundaries in intimate relationships.
Attitude Model
Focuses on how you view the world, rules and the meaning of life.
Action Drive
Focuses on motivation for doing things, decision-making speed and execution and promotion methods.
Social Model
Focuses on social initiation, interpersonal boundaries and expression authenticity.
25 regular personality types + 2 special results
Regular personalities are derived through pattern matching, and special results are triggered by explicit rules. The homepage only displays the structure of the type library; complete personality introductions can be viewed on the gallery page.
High Drive and Sense of Control
A personality group with clear self-perception, clear goals, and strong execution and promotion abilities.
Relationship and Feeling Oriented
A personality group that pays more attention to emotional connection, investment and sense of meaning.
Low Drive or Wavering State
A personality group with low motivation, loose rhythm, or that easily swings between two extremes.
Special results
Not derived from regular pattern matching, but given based on explicit conditions or fallback logic.
Before reading your results, know these points first
You don't need to treat this test as the absolute standard, but you can use it as a more specific mirror. The following explanations will help you judge how to read the results and how much to trust them.
Clear test positioning
This is a personality test with a distinct creative style, not a clinical scale or formal diagnostic tool. The page makes its intent and reading context clear, so you can judge how seriously to take the result.
Transparent methodology
The homepage clearly states the number of questions, dimensions, score thresholds, pattern matching and hidden personality conditions, to minimize the uncertainty of 'black box testing' as much as possible.
Usage boundaries
This is an entertaining, behavior-observation-oriented personality test, and is not a basis for medical or psychological diagnosis, recruitment screening, or high-risk decision-making.
Contactable and traceable
If you need to provide feedback on page content or methodology explanations, you can contact the site via [email protected]; basic site information and social media links are also publicly available.
Frequently Asked Questions
The homepage prioritizes answering the few questions that most affect conversion and understanding.
What is the difference between SBTI and MBTI?
SBTI does not classify directly based on fixed letter axes. Instead, it first converts your answers into 15 behavioral dimensions, then matches them against the patterns in the personality library. It emphasizes 'behavioral profiling' more, and is not a replication of classic MBTI theory.
Why does the homepage explain the algorithm clearly?
Because many people are not afraid of complex tests, they are afraid of black box results. By explaining the rules clearly, it is easier for you to judge whether the result matches you, and you will have a better idea of how to interpret it.
Why did I get DRUNK or HHHH as a result?
DRUNK is a hidden result triggered after meeting the logic of the special drinking question. HHHH is the fallback result when the similarity to all regular personalities is below 60%, meaning the standard personality library cannot currently cover your vector very well.
What is this test suitable for, and what is it not suitable for?
It is suitable for entertainment, self-observation, discussions among friends, and content sharing; it is not suitable for replacing professional psychological counseling, nor should it be used as the sole basis for recruitment, medical, educational, or relationship decisions.
